Scope
This policy explains how the Image Workflow Library (the “Site”) handles information when providing account sign-in, material upload, and AI image-generation services. Operator and contact details appear at the end of this page. External sources and third-party websites are governed by their own policies.
Information we process
- Account information:Your email address, user identifier, and sign-in session. If Google sign-in is enabled, we also process the basic account information you authorize Google to provide.
- Creation materials:Photos or reference images you upload, plus text and other input you provide for the selected Skill. Images may contain faces, locations, or other personal information. Provide only what is needed for the task.
- Generation records:The selected Skill, generation settings, relationships between input and output materials, task status, error information, and timestamps.
- Credit records:Credit balances, generation deductions, failed-task refunds, and necessary administrative adjustments.
- Necessary technical information:Service requests, error logs, and security records. Hosting and account services may process connection information such as IP addresses and browser details to provide the service and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to identify accounts, receive materials, run generation tasks, deliver results, reconcile credits, handle faults and support requests, and keep the service secure. Browsing public workflow pages does not require creation materials. Using the generation service requires signing in and providing the relevant input.
Third-party services and data transfers
To complete actions you request, relevant data is processed by the following services:
- Supabase
- Provides account authentication and the application database, and processes account identities, tasks, and credit records.
- Cloudflare R2
- Stores uploaded and generated images and provides restricted file access.
- GRSAI and its model services
- Processes generation instructions, task text, temporary reference-image URLs, and generation settings to create images.
- Google (when enabled)
- Provides Google account authorization when you choose to sign in with Google.
Related infrastructure may be located outside your region. Third-party processing locations, retention practices, and model-training arrangements depend on their service configurations and policies. This page does not promise that third parties will delete data immediately or refrain from using it for training. Do not submit identity documents, financial information, health information, or other sensitive content that should not be processed by third parties.
Image access and security
User-uploaded materials and generated results use private storage and are not automatically displayed in the Site's public examples. Files are made available to task-processing services or the account requesting the result through expiring access links. Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to view the image, so do not forward these links casually.
The Site protects data through account verification, file type and size validation, access controls, and restricted links. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you notice unusual account or image access, contact us using the details below.
Retention and deletion
Accounts, confirmed reference images, generated results, tasks, and credit records are retained to operate the service and investigate issues. There is currently no single automatic deletion period for confirmed reference images and generated results. An expired temporary link does not mean the underlying file has been deleted, and signing out does not delete server-side data.
You may request deletion of your account, uploaded materials, or generated results. We must verify account ownership and related records before processing the request. Records retained for security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements may not be deleted immediately, and copies in backups or third-party systems may take longer to process. We will explain the scope and timing when handling the request.
Sign-in storage and your choices
The Site stores the necessary sign-in session in your browser to keep you signed in and refresh credentials. You may sign out or clear site storage; after clearing it, you may need to sign in again. The current application does not use advertising trackers or a separate user-behavior analytics tool.
You may stop uploading or generating and request information about, access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account. There is currently no self-service account deletion or bulk-deletion feature. Send requests to the contact email below and include your account email and any necessary task identifiers. Do not send passwords or sign-in links.
Minors and other people's information
Minors should use the service under a guardian's supervision. Obtain the necessary permission before uploading another person's photo, likeness, or personal information. For a minor, obtain the necessary permission from their guardian. Do not submit another person's private information if it is unrelated to the current task.
Updates and contact
When this policy changes, the updated date will be published on this page. Material changes to how information is used or processed will be explained clearly before the relevant feature is enabled or processing continues, and consent will be requested when required.
