Service and scope
The Image Workflow Library (the “Site”) helps you browse image-creation workflows and provide materials for the selected Skill to start AI image generation or editing. Operator and contact details appear at the end of this page. Before using the Site, read these terms and the Privacy Policy.
These terms apply only to the Site's services. External evidence and reference links on our pages are provided by their respective websites; the Site does not guarantee that their content will remain available or current.
Account use
The generation service requires identity verification through an email sign-in link or enabled Google sign-in. When open registration is available, using email sign-in for the first time creates an account. Use only an account you are authorized to use, and protect your email, sign-in links, and signed-in devices.
Do not share or resell an account or try to access another person's tasks, images, or credits. If you notice unusual account activity, sign out of the relevant sessions and contact us. Minors should use the service under a guardian's supervision.
Uploaded materials and permissions
Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use uploaded images, text, trademarks, and likenesses for the task. Obtain appropriate permission before uploading another person's information, a minor's photo, or restricted content.
You retain your existing rights in your materials and permit the Site and service providers needed to complete the task to process those materials to generate, store, and deliver results and resolve faults. This permission does not allow the Site to automatically use your materials in public examples. See the Privacy Policy.
Generated results and responsibility for use
AI generation may distort content, introduce text errors, change details of people or products, or produce results similar to someone else's work. Page examples show possible outcomes and do not guarantee the same image on every generation.
Before downloading, publishing, printing, or using a result commercially, verify its accuracy, likeness permissions, intellectual-property implications, and the requirements of the intended channel. The Site does not guarantee that results are original, exclusive, or protected by copyright in every jurisdiction. Use may also be subject to the terms of the model service. These terms do not promise that every result may be used commercially.
Credits, tasks, and failed-task handling
The credits required for generation are shown before submission. The applicable credits are deducted when a task is created. If the task is confirmed to have failed, the system returns the deducted credits according to the task record. Tasks still processing or awaiting submission confirmation must be reconciled before further action to avoid duplicate deductions or refunds.
A completed generation that does not match personal preference is not automatically a failed system task. If something goes wrong, provide your account email and task identifier for investigation. Returned credits are adjustments to your on-site balance, not cash refunds.
The Site does not currently offer online credit purchases or subscription checkout. If paid services are introduced, prices, service scope, payment terms, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. These terms do not establish payment arrangements for services that have not launched.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful content or infringe another person's privacy, likeness, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
- Do not use the service to impersonate others or commit fraud, harassment, hatred, exploitation, or other harm. In particular, do not generate content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Do not bypass account verification, credit rules, access controls, or usage limits, and do not attack the service, steal another person's files, or disrupt normal operation.
- Do not submit malicious files or harm service availability through automated abuse, abnormal concurrency, or similar behavior.
If we detect this behavior, the Site may reject tasks, restrict access, or suspend an account to the extent necessary. If you disagree, contact us below and explain the situation.
Service availability and limits of responsibility
Models, storage, network, and account services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, failures, or third-party changes. The Site will address incidents based on the circumstances but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will meet every specific purpose.
Download results you need to keep and maintain your own backups of original materials. The Site is not suitable for medical, legal, or other high-risk decisions requiring professional judgment. These terms do not exclude or limit liabilities or user rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes, stopping use, and data requests
Changes to the terms or service will be published on this page or in the relevant feature. Changes affecting important rights or obligations will be clearly presented and confirmation will be requested when required. You may stop using the service; signing out does not delete your account or server-side images.
To delete an account or materials or learn how records are retained, see the Privacy Policy and contact us. We must verify account ownership for these requests. Records that must be retained by law or for dispute resolution may not be deleted immediately.
